Grilled Hokkaido chicken steak with orange marmalade
      Ingredients (For 4 persons)
| Chicken thighs | 2 | 
| Cooking oil | 1 tablespoons | 
| ■ Sauce Seasoning【A】 | |
| 【A】Orange Marmalade | 4 tablespoons | 
| 【A】Soy sauce | 1 tablespoons | 
| 【A】Liquor | 1 tablespoons | 
| ■ Side dish | |
| Snap pea | 12 | 
| Mini-tomato | 8 | 
Method
1
  Cut the chicken thighs to an even thickness and remove the excess fat.

  Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and brown ① on both sides.

  Wipe off excess oil from frying pan ②, add A and simmer until thickened.

  Take out ② from ③ and cut into bite-size pieces.
5
  Plate the meat and garnish with boiled snap peas and mini-tomatoes.
