Method

Cut the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Rub the meat with A and season for 3 hours.

Remove water from ①. Place chicken meat on a sheet of plastic wrap.
Roll tightly to prevent air from entering, and twist both ends of the plastic wrap.
Shape the meat and wrap in plastic wrap again. Place in a zipped storage bag and close to airtight.

Boil a pot of water to a boil, add ②(with the zipped storage bag), cover the lid, and turn off the heat.
Use the residual heat of the boiled water to heat the chicken.
