Cooking oil1 tablespoons
■ Sauce Seasoning【A】
【A】Orange Marmalade4 tablespoons
 【A】Soy sauce1 tablespoons
【A】Liquor1 tablespoons
■ Side dish

Method

1

Cut the chicken thighs to an even thickness and remove the excess fat.

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and brown ① on both sides.

Wipe off excess oil from frying pan ②, add A and simmer until thickened.

Take out ② from ③ and cut into bite-size pieces.

Plate the meat and garnish with boiled snap peas and mini-tomatoes.
