Spicy Fried Hokkaido Chicken Wings
      Ingredients (For 4 persons)
| Chicken Wings | 8 pieces | 
| Cornstarch | Moderate amount | 
| Cooking oil | 3 tablespoons | 
| ■ Seasoning【A】 | |
| 【A】Ginger (grated) | 1 slice | 
| 【A】Garlic (grated) | 1 clove | 
| 【A】Liquor | 2 tablespoons | 
| 【A】Sugar | 2 tablespoons | 
| 【A】Soy sauce | 3 tablespoons | 
| 【A】Salt | 1 teaspoons | 
| 【A】pepper | Small quantity | 
| 【A】Curry powder | 1 tablespoons | 
| ■ Side dish | |
| Cabbage | 2 leaves | 
| Lemon | 1 | 
Method
1
  Pierce the wings with a fork on the skin.
Rub with A and season for 30 minutes.

  Wipe off the water in① and sprinkle cornstarch over the top.

  Line a cooking tray with parchment paper, arrange ② and pour hot oil on it.
Bake in the oven at 230°C for 15 minutes

  Plate the chicken wings and garnish with cabbage and lemon.
