Method
Rub the beef round with salt. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Bring ①to room temperature, sprinkle with black pepper, and brown both sides over medium heat.
Add A to ②, cover a lid and simmer on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. ※Turn over halfway through.
Transfer with seasonings to a cooking tray, cover with tin foil and chill in the refrigerator.
Make sushi rice. Turn B into warm rice and mix. Add white sesame and mix.
Cut ③ into thin slices.
Spread out the plastic wrap, place one thin sliced meat from ⑤, and top with a bite-size rice.Wrap it up and squeeze it into a rice ball with hands.
Arrange ⑥ on a plate and garnish with cucumber, lemon, or other ingredients of your choice from D. Squeeze a little wasabi on the plate.
※Since it is well seasoned, no need to dip it in soy sauce.
