Hokkaido Beef Sukiyaki
Ingredients (For 4 persons)
beef | 200g |
leek | 1 |
Shiitake Mushroom | 4 |
Enoki mushroom | 50g |
King Oyster Mushroom | 50g |
Beef fat (or cooking oil) | 1 tablespoons |
■ Seasoning【A】 | |
【A】Water | 170ml |
【A】Soy sauce | 3・1/2 tablespoons |
【A】Japanese soup stock | 1/2 teaspoons |
【A】Sugar | 3 tablespoons |
【A】Liquor (Shaoxing wine, sake, etc.) | 4 tablespoons |
Method

Cut leek into 4 cm lengths.
Remove the roots of the mushroom ingredients. Tear the enoki mushrooms into small bunches. Cut the king oyster mushrooms into thin strips, or cut them in half.
