Hokkaido Beef Sukiyaki

Ingredients (For 4 persons)

Shiitake Mushroom4
Enoki mushroom50g
King Oyster Mushroom50g
Beef fat (or cooking oil)1 tablespoons

【A】Water170ml
【A】Soy sauce3・1/2 tablespoons
【A】Japanese soup stock1/2 teaspoons
【A】Sugar3 tablespoons
【A】Liquor (Shaoxing wine, sake, etc.)4 tablespoons

Method

Cut leek into 4 cm lengths.
Remove the roots of the mushroom ingredients. Tear the enoki mushrooms into small bunches. Cut the king oyster mushrooms into thin strips, or cut them in half.
